May Favourites:

I know very well that both loads of other people and myself say every month "wow this month has gone past by so quickly" But again I really mean it.

I feel as though this month I've both tried a lot of things. And bought a lot and I guess it's time to tell you my favourites. So here we go =]

I went into Primark and at the till I found this. I love the colour and I think it's a good colour for a neon blue as I haven't seen many neon blues around.
Angelica nail colour -Ibiza summer-  £2.50

from the brand MUA (exclusive to superdrug) I picked up this glitter liquid eye liner. I have been loving it as it dries quite quickly so you don't get glitter all over your eye but it doesn't flake of to look yucky. This gives a nice amount of glitter. It has a nice wand that is flexible and bends to your eye? and I've really been liking it.

Don't judge me I did buy this in Poundland but who cares. It's in date and I haven't seen it in any shop. I love this mascara and feel sad that I don't know where to buy it again. Most mascaras that say 'volume' clump all your lashes together and just look awful but this seems to make my lashes look longer and just more full and i think it makes my face look happier. I dunno it just does.

I have loved this glitter top coat it gives a nice amount of glitter that lets the underneath colour show through.
Miss Sporty Sparkle touch -Glitter ball (I think) -  £2.99

And in TV I have really been loving the apprentice... I have to confess that the apprentice is defiantly one of my favourite shows on TV even though I know a lot of people don't like it. Not only has the new series started but I've been loving watching old episodes too (ones that at the time they were on I was too young).
I love seeing how its changed and how people have changed.

April Favourites

Wow the time has come again for me to do my may favourites. I possibly won't do one of these every month on account of not using that many different things every month but I hope you enjoy.

First I have been loving the 'Garnier skin natural pure Active 3 in 1 face scrub' wow that was a long name. You simply wet your face and hands. Squeeze a little out and scrub all over your face. I like to leave it about 4-5 minutes while it gets harder and then wash off. I have found that this has really helped to control any breakouts and it makes my face feel so soft afterwards as it scrubs all the dead skin off.

This month I have also been loving the 'Garnier Essentials hydrating day care face moisturiser' I really enjoy this after I scribed and washed my face or after a shower. I love to hydrate my face and keep it all smooth. Now although it does soak in pretty quickly I like to use this at night time as it leaves my face quite shiney until it does soak in. This is great and I think I payed £2 for it in a sale but the normal price is only about £5. I this this is really good and it glides on so smoothly and leaves my face feeling refreshed and ready to relax and go to bed.

sorry my camera hates photo graphing green things. sorry

I have been loving the body shop lip balm in passion berry and think I may review it in full another time. But one of the reasons I love it so much is the smell. (comment down below if yo have smelled it)

I have also been loving Instagram as I have been doing the #aprilchallange so you post a picture everyday of the thing it tells you to here's a picture if you would like to check mine out you can @Alice_leonard1 I have been loving that you can keep up with people whoever they are and see what they are up to. I also like it as I love taking photos and I feel that this is a great way to do so. And to share them with anyone who wants to look. (as my iPod is never very far away)

Last one I promise. Tv show I have been loving is broad church although its finished for now (coming soon though apparently) I watched the very first episode and I needed to find out the killer. I have been hooked and although at the end got a little angry at how slow it seemed. But after the final episode I looked back and thought it was pretty good.

So that's it for this month I hope you enjoyed it feel free to follow me on Instagram and follow my blog I would love it thanks for reading. xxx Alice

A's Buys: Blue bird Shirt

So I got this shirt from Primark, but I was surprised at the quality and how good  the material felt.
Now lets be honest we all go to Primark for cheap, nice clothes that ... well you could throw away after not to long and replace with new things. (Is that just me) Don't worry I don't wear clothes once and throw them away =]

But back to the shirt. It's a white sheer shirt (very floaty and girly). It has blue birds all over it, and studs on the corners of the collar *Which really makes it sparkle*

As you can see I added the magic turquoise necklace, to show you how a necklace would look with the shirt.
You would need to wear something under it weather its a bandeau or a vest top. I'm sure you know what I mean.
I love these shirt tops and I feel as though you could doll them up with heels and tucked in with a skirt or dress it down and put leggings and boots but either way it would look so pretty.

Thanks for reading guys love A x

Review: Yes to Carrot lip balm

WOW. (Sorry should I say hi first) anyway WOW. I don’t even know what else I can say. This is one of my favourite lip balms.
My friend gave me a ‘yes to’ sample pack for Christmas, and I love all of the products in it but I think this is my favourite.

It’s hard to describe without making it sound not nice, but it feels really creamy when you put it on.
I think its takes the perfect amount of time to soak in.
*If a lip balm sinks in super quickly, you are left feeling dry and just as though it did nothing*
*If it takes ages to sink in it feels all sticky and like you want to wipe it off*
But this does neither, it feels glossy not sticky and creamy and like it really does do something to help in the long run.
This is only £2-£3 depending on where you get it, and I think that’s a total steal and can’t wait to go and get a few more flavours. So defiantly go try them out.

Barry M - Gelly nail paint: REVIEW

Hello, it’s me again. And I have a confession to make…I am addicted to buying nail polish.
Yes it’s true; I have so many it’s ridiculous. I have literally every colour of the rainbow and more.
But yet I always want a new shade, And I always find new shades that excite me and when I see that shade… I have to have it.
Okay, I have to make the confession of not being that bothered about the make. Now yes I really want and Essie nail polish (I know for some reason I don’t have one) but somehow I can’t bring myself to spend £10 on a nail varnish, for me it’s just too much. However I love that moment of excitement you find the perfect shade for your outfit or even for your mood.
So this will be my first nail varnish review:
Barry M – Gelly - Hi-Shine Nail Paint

I have 303 – Green Berry which I just love.
The only way I can describe it is by saying a turquoise pastel colour but with a hint of neon.
I say this because at first glance I thought it was a pastel colour, but when I put it on it was so thick and so shiny that it almost looked neon.
I absolutely adore this colour and I think it would be perfect for the summer and the spring time.
These come in an array of colours and at only £3.99 each I think they are a total bargain and I will DEFINATLY buy more colours. Though I do hope they continue this rage and come out with more in the future.

March Favourites

Hello, it’s that time of month it’s the beginning of April and I’m going to do my first monthly favourites so here we go:
Throughout March I have loving several things and I am just desperate to share them with you…
  •     Hair bows – I love these, and to be honest with my crazy hair they really help. I’m able to have it out but control it at the same time. These are great because you can just pick up the front part of your hair and scoop it back and clip it up, it literally takes me seconds and looks really fun.I have loads of these in various colours. The white lace one I got from Claire’s in a sale for £2 and the red/purple/blue/black coloured one I made myself from a piece of material and it’s one of my favourite.
  •     Mini eggs – who doesn't love a bit of chocolate? And for me I’d be happy eating no other chocolate but these. It’s a shame they only do them at Easter (even if easer apparently starts in January). These yummy egg shaped chocolates are amazing and I would happily eat them all yummy.

  •     Revlon nail polish in 990 – One perfect coral- I love this colour and I’m so glad I found it. I picked this up in a charity shop although it was brand new (you know when you can just tell) anyway it was only £1 which is even better. It’s a neon coral colour which is great for summer/ spring and I’m really looking forward to wearing this.
  •      Natural collection eye liner – I use the black colour and sometimes the brown and I really enjoy this product. It’s really cheap, I think it’s about £1.99, but it’s great and it lasts a really long time. It’s a creamy formula which is good as the last thing you want is something pulling on your eye. I would defiantly recommend this to you so go check it out for yourself.

So I think that’s it for this month. I won’t bore you to death, but I will defiantly be back next month to share some more products with you.
